Working principle: Two sets of plunger hydraulic pumps are driven by an electric motor, and one set is used to push the cutting piston; Another group drives the rotary hydraulic cylinder, which drives the bending working plate to rotate.
The working principle of the cut-off mechanism: A central valve column and a spring are installed in the middle of the cut-off piston. When idle, due to the action of the spring, the central valve column leaves the middle oil hole of the hydraulic cylinder, and high-pressure oil flows back to the oil tank through the eccentric shaft passage. When cutting off, a human force pushes the piston to block the center hole of the hydraulic cylinder with the central valve column. At this time, high-pressure oil from the plunger pump enters the hydraulic cylinder through the oil valve, generating high pressure to drive the piston to move, and the piston drives the cutting knife to cut the ribs. At this point, the reverse thrust of the pressure spring is greater than the pressure inside the hydraulic cylinder, and the valve column returns to its original position. The hydraulic oil then flows back to the oil tank along the oil path of the central oil hole. The return stroke of the cutting piston is achieved by the rebound force of the plate spring.
