Product Description
Description of Mold Making Liquid Urethane Rubber
Polyurethane rubbers are two-component systems (base plus curative; A+B) that cover a wide variety of applications at a relatively low cost. They are available for making molds that are poured, brushed or sprayed onto a model.
Characteristics of Mold Making Liquid Urethane Rubber
1. No deformation
2. High tear and tensile strength
3. Without vacuum pumping
4. Products are no shrinkage and non-toxic.
Applications of Mold Making Liquid Urethane Rubber
Casting most materials, such as wax, gypsum plaster, concrete, specialty concrete, Acrylic resin, polyester resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane rubber, resin or foam. Acceptable for some resins. Not acceptable for molten metals.
Storage of Mold Making Liquid Urethane Rubber
When the liquid polyurethane Rubber is stored at or below 30 C (85F) in the original unopened containers, polyurethane rubber Base and Curing agent have a usable life of 12 months from the date of production.
Package
1. Packed with vacuumed thick PE bag inside, and iron barrel (tin) outside, packing in 20kg, 200kg.
2. The product should be stored in a cool dry place, avoid the sun and rain, it must be kept away from acids, alkalis, salts and other compound.

Delivery time: ONLY ONE DAY FOR SAMPLE CALL, 5-20 Working Days for Mass Order
Description of Mold Making Liquid Urethane Rubber
Polyurethane mold rubbers consist of a Part A and a Part B that, after mixing, cure at room temperature to flexible, high-strength rubbers. Polyurethane rubbers make durable, easy releasing molds for casting plasters and waxes without release agents, but, when used with proper release agents, are also excellent for casting concrete, epoxy, polyester, polyurethane and acrylic.
Features of Mold Making Liquid Urethane Rubber
1. High strength
2. Low to moderate cost
3. Many versatile formulas
Applications of Polyurethane Molding Rubber
1. Casting most materials.
2. Acceptable for some resins.
3. Not acceptable for molten metals.
Storage of Polyurethane Molding Rubber
For best results, store products in unopened containers at room temperature (60-90° F/15-32° C). Use products within six months. Parts A and B react with atmospheric moisture and, therefore, should be used up as soon as possible after opening.
